SAMARA SAFFIAN 

For over 20 years Samara Saffian has been providing exemplary service to home buyers and sellers in the San Fernando Valley as well as the West side.  

Prior to joining Dilbeck Real Estate in Studio City, Samara was the number one agent in her office, winning her membership on the Elite President’s Council. Dilbeck also presented her with the “Award of Distinction” in recognition of Samara’s dedication and commitment to her clients.  

The hallmark of Samara’s business is “service.” She has assembled a team of professionals, whose communication skills and excellent attention to detail assure a smooth transaction from contract to close of escrow.  

By putting her clients’ interests first and anticipating their needs, Samara has gained their trust as well as their referrals. She works behind the scenes to alleviate stress and make the transaction proceed as stress free as possible.  

Samara combines traditional and high tech tools to market properties to the greatest numbers of potential buyers worldwide. When Samara has free time she enjoys spending it with her 4 year old daughter, and coordinating the many activities she is involved with such as gymnastics, ballet and ice skating. Samara also dedicates her time rescuing animals from our City shelters, and assists other rescue organizations in their efforts to find worthy homes for dogs and cats. A portion of her commissions goes towards these very worthwhile and important causes.  

NICK TATONE

Born in Chicago to an Italian immigrant family and raised in Los Angeles, Nick applies a strong work ethic to making sure every step of each transaction is handled smoothly and successfully. Nick has sold a wide spectrum of properties throughout Los Angeles County, from modest condos and homes to sprawling estates and commercial properties like service stations, schools, apartment buildings, multi-use facilities and land.

ELIZABETH MASTERMAN 

Elizabeth is a loyal, dedicated and educated Realtor with nearly a decade of experience working with buyers and sellers in the Southern California real estate market. Elizabeth was previously associated with Dilbeck Realtors before joining the Dilbeck Real Estate family in Studio City. She has accumulated an impressive list of cliental that utilizes her expertise on their each and every move. 

A native Californian born with a true passion for real estate, Elizabeth is constantly researching the various market trends in order to perfect strategic negotiations for buyers and sellers alike. She is well-versed in many facets of the industry specializing in single/multi-family residential, commercial office and retail. She prides herself on having answers for her client’s questions before they are even asked.  

Exceptionally savvy in the latest technologies, Elizabeth is innovative and creative in her global marketing efforts. Her remarkable attention to detail relieves her clients of the stress and concerns associated with buying or selling a property. When Elizabeth has free time she enjoys hiking, playing golf and horseback riding. 

LORI HOFFNER 

Lori Hoffner has been an integral part of the Lifestyle properties Team and the Dilbeck Real Estate Studio City Market Center since July 2008. She serves as the Team Manager for Lifestyle properties; in which her responsibilities include development and implementation of marketing strategies, branding and business development. In addition to these tasks, Lori also directs all advertising campaigns and manages all real estate transactions from their inception through the close of escrow.  

Her main focus is to create a seamless interface between our clients and the transaction process, as well as staying current with the latest market trends, technologies and business development strategies. 

Prior to joining the Lifestyle properties Team, Lori was with the Dilbeck Real Estate family in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she managed a leading luxury residential and land agent duo. With over 13 years of residential, commercial and development real estate experience, Lori is a highly seasoned and knowledgeable professional.  

When she has free time she enjoys spending it most with her family and friends; spending time at the beach and experimenting with new recipes and cooking techniques.
